A specific example – as freelancing trainer I get contracts with a specific dimension.
When I get such a contract I enter the following things in TTMoney:
   Revenue: Silverlight Presentation – Company XXX – Amount YYY
   Expense: Various charges (Food, drinking, ...) SL Presentation – Comany XXX – Amount YYY
   Expense: Traveling Silverlight Presentation – Company XXX – Amount YYY

And the reality?
- The presentation is canceled
    – I enter this fact (Revenue 0) in TTMoney.
- At the location I get asked to make an extra session for WPF
    – This (higher revenue than expected) is also entered in TTMoney
- Catering at the location is somehow „strange“ – instead of some snacks I have to go eating
    – Increased Charges for eating – TTMoney will get this information
- The “speakers crowd” is in a good mood – visting various Nightclubs
    – Increased Charges for “consummation” – on its way to TTMoney
- The operator is cool – every speaker is invited for a big “evening event”
    – Lowered Charges for consummation – also entered in TTMoney

Other examples:
– there is a bonus if a contract is finished in time
– Customer X should pay on Y – but he did it one week later / earlier
– Car maintenance should cost XXX– unfortunately it ended with YYY
– Every month on the 15th Granny pays XXX Pocket money – Granny was nice – you got YYY
– Phone rate XXX – but you wrote to much text messages – this results in a payment of YYY
– Visiting the Pub on Saturdays should be XXX – there was this good looking… – so it took YYY
– Aunty promised XXX monthly – Car maintenance lowered her budget – nothing left for you

These are the cases where TTMoney shows its strengths!
All Amounts / Times are handled and analyzed as „expected / occurred“.

So after some time (it needs data) TTMoney will turn into a powerfull prognostic tool.
– Z% of the contracts with customer XXX are canceled
– Events of type XXX tend to have higher „consummation charges“
– Customer XXX always pays his bill in time (or not)
– Most of the time Granny gives more pocket money than promised

TTMoney also shows the quality of your estimations
– The Pub is always (funnily enough – but they are so beautiful) much more than expected
– Weekend trips with the (girl) friend are most of the time cheaper than expected
– How precise are my Revenues / Expenses forecast

Apart from this TTMoney shows (of course) things like:
– how much money is available at the moment
– Which Revenues / Expenses do I have to expect in this period
– How much did I already earn / spend
– How much was left from the previous period
– …
Period?
Of course, TTMoney addresses „flexible people”.
And so the first day in a month is not always the day when the “big things” (Loan, Leasing, …) happen. It may be the 15th of each month, or…

TTMoney is under development
– and it already has built in things which will count in the near future.

Ha… Integration:
Ha… is another product we are currently working on – and it will work together with TTMoney.
    Although I can’t tell too much at the moment
     – Ha… will generate transactions in TTMoney
     – and will be informed if something changes in TTMoney.

Flexible UI:
Other apps offer „Themes“ – TTMoney is built in a way that alows you to modify your interface using a web base tool.
You decide how each form will look.

I guess you know iPhone apps always have free updates.
This means you buy the future features for the price of today.

TTMoney will be more expensive if the above noted features are fully supported.
Anyhow – updates are always for free!

Roadmap:
Finalization of Ha…
    If everything works as expected this will immediately enable TTMoney to work with Ha… 
    If it turns out that changes are needed we will ship TTMoney 1.1

Completion of the web based UI Designer
   Update TTMoney for UI Designer Communication
      TTMoney currently uses a dynamic UI
       – but to complete the communication layer the UI Designer must be finished first.
       With this update we will also (if possible and available) implement customer suggestions.
